MC Nylon Fusion Products

It has anti-corrosion effects and is effective for HACCP management! MC nylon and metal are docked using proprietary technology.

The "MC Nylon Fusion Products" are hybrid products that combine MC nylon with iron, stainless steel, and aluminum using a unique method. They possess the high strength and dimensional stability of metals, along with the wear resistance, self-lubrication, and noise absorption properties of engineering plastics. The dimensional stability of the metal can be utilized in key grooves and bearing fits with an inner diameter, while the outer side benefits from the self-lubrication and wear resistance of MC nylon in gears and rollers. By using stainless steel and aluminum for the core, they provide rust prevention and are effective for HACCP management. 【Features】 ■ Usable over a wide temperature range (-20°C to 120°C) ■ Excellent dimensional stability due to the metal inner diameter ■ Easy to machine and can be shaped according to specific needs ■ Superior wear resistance and long lifespan ■ Rust prevention due to the use of stainless steel and aluminum for the core (effective for HACCP management) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Problem Solving] Eliminate the hassle of disassembly cleaning and reduce the risk of foreign matter contamination.

Integration of rubber and plastic! High-adhesion composite parts can be manufactured without using adhesives.

We introduce a case study that eliminates the hassle of disassembly cleaning and reduces the risk of foreign matter contamination due to detachment, using the rubber-plastic cross-linked composite material "Radicalock." Due to the poor adhesive properties of rubber, it is often fixed in place with fittings or screws. This can lead to dirt accumulating in the gaps between the rubber and the base, necessitating disassembly cleaning. However, during this process, parts may fall off and get lost, or foreign matter may be introduced. With our product, it is possible to manufacture composite parts where plastic and rubber are tightly bonded without any gaps. The absence of gaps and the elimination of the need for disassembly significantly enhance the safety and usability of the product. 【Features】 ■ Improved material properties ■ Safety ■ Increased efficiency in maintenance work ■ Improved manufacturing processes ■ Reduction in the number of parts ■ New manufacturing technology *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Reduction of assembly man-hours by adding knock holes to the welded structure [Design Points]

Improved workability with easier positioning during welding and assembly! Here are the key points of the design due to the method change.

In composite parts of welded structures, when assembly accuracy is required, it is important to consider a design that stabilizes the positioning work, as concerns during work and production losses can lead to increased costs. One method to ensure accuracy is by using knock pins. Designers can connect to value analysis (VA) by considering welding and assembly work during the prototype development of composite parts. 【Features】 ■ When assembly accuracy is required for composite parts, stable positioning can be achieved by incorporating knock holes. ■ If knock holes can be designed to be permissible, positioning during welding and assembly becomes easier, improving workability. ■ In addition to reducing man-hours due to improved workability, improvements in yield can also be expected, leading to overall cost reduction. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Problem Solving] Lightweighting and Power Saving of Products Using Radial Lock

Lightweight rubber components and rationalization of component shapes! Using 'Radicalock(R)', we develop eco-friendly products with excellent maintainability.

We will introduce a case study on how the rubber-plastic cross-linked composite material "Radicalock" is utilized for product lightweighting and energy saving. Parts used for transportation and braking, such as rubber rollers and rubber stoppers, are often bonded to a metal base. However, there is a strong demand to use plastic instead, as metal is heavy and difficult to process into various shapes. With our product, it is possible to manufacture composite parts that firmly bond plastic and rubber. This significantly expands the design possibilities for rubber components. 【Features】 ■ Lightweight ■ Energy saving ■ Rationalization of part shapes ■ Improved maintenance efficiency ■ Reduction in the number of parts *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
